Throw on top of this all the added expectations of corporate governance, best practice, competing for great staff and the high burn out rates and you wonder why you do it.

That’s easy – you’re passionate about the cause, but is that enough to make you sustainable? Times are a-changing and this sector has many opportunities and challenges not affecting other sectors.
